What is Osteopathy and how can we help you?

Osteopathy is a form of alternative medicine that focuses on the musculoskeletal system and aims to improve overall health by manipulating and massaging the bones, joints and muscles. Osteopathic practitioners believe that the body is a single unit and that the musculoskeletal system, as well as other bodily systems, are interdependent and influence one another. We use various manual techniques, such as joint mobilisation, soft tissue massage and manipulation to diagnose and treat a range of musculoskeletal conditions, as well as other health problems. Osteopathy is generally considered to be a safe and non-invasive approach to healthcare that can be used to complement traditional medical treatment.

Our Practitioners

We are an on-site service providing musculoskeletal care to the people working on the Cambridge Science and Business Parks. Our goal as local Osteopaths is to make treatment accessible and minimise disruption to your working day.

We are auditing our service so we can continue to improve our care and your experience with Spritely Osteopathy. Our longer-term ambition is to augment the Pricewaterhouse study (2008) which highlights the increased benefits of musculoskeletal programs for the employee.
